What I am doing

• The goal

  21 posts a week in 4 hours.

  I build in public and make all my content with AI. November is the test month: hours logged, posts counted, and the result reported as it comes, good or bad.

• 1:1 mentorship

  Founding seats are open.

  Content Engine: four weeks, one to one, for creators who post at least 3 times a week and are stuck producing it. Applications are open.

• Newsletter

  Disgustingly Good at AI.

  Every Monday on Substack: one learning path a week, what to watch, in what order, what to build. Free.

• Build with Me

  Three episodes in.

  One real build per episode, start to finish, on YouTube. So far: my own AI system, Claude Code editing my videos, and my creator cockpit.

• The Barakah Blueprint

  48 episodes. A new one every Friday.

  My faith space, kept apart from the AI work. Mostly solo reflections now, with the Quran as the compass, and the odd guest.

• Tooling

  Claude Code, a local model, Metricool.

  Claude Code builds and edits. A 27B model runs on my own Mac for anything private. Metricool schedules the posts and reads the numbers. Every idea lands in one Notion inbox. Higgsfield makes the B-roll and the mascot's scenes.

• Day job

  Still employed. Still shipping.

  I'm a project manager by day, and I build with AI in the evenings and at weekends.

• Location

  Dubai. Probably the desk.
